3.8 miles Northeast of New Waverly fronting 1650+' on East side of F.M. 1375
Directions:
From Houston, take IH 45 North to Exit 102 (New Waverly Exit). At the intersection, turn right for 3/4 mils to SH 75. Then turn left, follow one block to traffic light, and turn right onto HWY 150. Go across the railroad tracks. Follow for one block to F.M. 1375 and turn left. Go 3.8 miles, and the property is on the right (east).
Topography:
The topography ranges from level to a gentle roll. The most western portion of the tract has an elevation of 375'A.S.L., and the eastern portion has an elevation of 340'A.S.L. The property has a gradual slope from west to east boundaries. Acreage showcases scattered trees in improved pastures and hay fields. Most trees are large, mature oaks; however, there are also a few pines in the eastern portion of tract. There are five ponds on the property; three in the front 60 acres and two in the back 50.
